Using Hills M2
The Hills M2 offers an efficient way to travel between Sydney's lower north shore and north western regions.
There are a number of on and off ramps for motorists using the M2. Major interchanges are located at Windsor Road and Pennant Hills Road, along with direct access to the M2 from Westlink M7 and the Lane Cove Tunnel.
Use the top navigation bar "Maps and Tolls" to assist in planning your travel on the motorway.
The Hills M2 toll can be paid with an electronic tag or electronic pass when travelling through the electronic gantries; or in cash at the toll booths at Pennant Hills Road or at the main toll plaza at North Ryde.
The Hills M2 has one tunnel, known as the Epping or Norfolk Tunnel. Just under 500 metres in length, it is located east of Beecroft Road. The tunnel's height limits are 5m westbound and 5.4m eastbound.
If you are driving an over-height vehicle please observe the alternative route signs on the motorway to avoid the tunnel.
